GUITAR LESSONS IN WOLVERHAMPTON – EDDIE CLARKE

I’ve been playing the guitar since the age of 15 and immediately knew it was something I wanted to pursue. I went on to train in sound engineering and then followed up with a music diploma. During these times I played in various bands and gained valuable experience. Some of my tutors were well respected players; my drum tutor during college was Steve Palmer, the brother of the iconic Carl Palmer of Emerson Lake and Palmer fame. He taught me a great deal about rhythm and timing which translated into my guitar playing. After a few years, I decided to put my knowledge to the test by taking a grade 8 advanced music theory exam, for which I received a distinction.

I’ve been teaching guitar since 2005 when I was approached by people asking if I’d tutor them. That was the beginning of my journey into guitar tuition.
